 Welcome to the Water fowlers page. We want to assure you a good hunt, And part of doing that means finding the birds and knowing how to get to them safely. We hunt from a 17’ G3 and a modified 16’ Star craft V bottom. The season typically gets going around Thanksgiving plus or minus a few weeks depending on weather patterns and closes around the 3rd weekend of January.
We have very good retrievers to bring your bagged birds back to you without disturbing the spread or any other birds that might be setting there wings to be the next quarry. Our typical Duck species are Greater and Lesser Scaup, Canvasbacks, Buffleheads, Oldsquaws, and all three species of scoters. We are Maryland Licensed Waterfowl Outfitters and Guide. We use Coast Guard Licensed Captains as a requirement by the state of Maryland. The Captain and Guide has 35 years of experience in the waters local to the Historical Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay of Maryland.
The fall also gives the opportunity for a Cast and Blast trip. This trip consist of a Sea Duck or Diver Duck Hunt in the morning and some Striped Bass fishing the same day. You will be able to keep fish your fish until December 31st of the year. The cast and blast trips continue until the close of the waterfowl season, usually around the 3rd weekend in January.
